and when you come in the house from playing in the snow and making snow angels you will need a nice cup of hot chocolate with hand made marshmallows....so good!
To make homemade hot chocolate, it will take 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, 1/3 cup sugar and 2 cups of milk.....so easy...
chop up the chocolate and put it in a saucepan...add the sugar..then 1 cup of the milk
(I can't make the little black dots go away, don't look at them)
Put the pan on the stove on low and heat slowly stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted
then all the rest of the milk...
and heat thoroughly...whip with a wire whip until frothy...
pour in your favorite mug..top with marshmallows or whip cream ..o.k. both ..and
enjoy!!!!
