It is that time of year. Flu season. Yuk....It is going around this area, I had it during Christmas and people I know have had it, even after they have had a Flu shot. Today I came across a wonderful blog, Kim, At 'cook it allergy free'. She has wonderful explanations of the flu virus and ways to prevent it naturally and ways to shorten its length....just click on her blog name to find some super ideas...I am definitely going to start some of her great ideas, like the vinegar....

Yep. I got the flu shot too, but had one night of pure flu misery. Just silly head colds since then. I think the worst is over in this area of Ohio.
