Fried Frog Legs.....

This is the third installment from trucker Joe.....fried Frog Legs....and yes he really ate these human looking legs (you'll want to look away if you are at all squeamish)... from what I have been told they are good eats....take it away Joe-Joe!!!!!

Fried Frog Legs.....

Fried Frog Legs
10 to 12 frog legs

3 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 pts. water
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 cup of oil
Pepper
Garlic powder to taste
1 cup of flour

Clean and skin the frog legs. Mix salt and pepper in enough water to cover the legs and soak them for 2 hours. Take out of the water and pat dry. Dip in milk, (I did not dip in milk)sprinkle with pepper and garlic then roll in flour. Fry in hot oil for 5-6 minutes or until brown. Do not overcook. you can dust with Old Bay.... They are ready to be eaten with sliced lemon or tartar sauce, baked or fried potatoes plus a salad and Texas toast or hush puppies.

Cheers to Happy  !!
