Ciabatta Bread
Ingredients:

*Note: you can use All-purpose flour if you want
1/4 tsp yeast
2 cups water
1 1/2 tsp salt

Joe followed the instructions to a T...and this is the finished product! looks great doesn't it?...

Look at all the air bubbles and chewy places....so great! I am going to give this one a try!
