The Cloverleaf....

When anyone in this area thinks Pizza, and where to go, the next thing they say is Cloverleaf of course....It is by far the best Pizza there is...

The Cloverleaf is a long-standing Tacoma monument...it is located at 6430 6th Ave. It was originally a warehouse. It opened it's doors in 1950. They have changed hands only a few times and the same family has now owned it since 1971.

If you haven't been there for a while, it has had a nice makeover....the inside still has the same look and flavor, the round booths are still there, the bar is the original one....the patrons are 21-85 years of age...it is one of the things that make the Cloverleaf so attractive....

here is the bartender and the original bar...they have an assortment of different tap beers and wines...
after you find your table, the bartender greets you at your table and hands you menu's and popcorn...

that is so nice!....then you get to decide what to drink and choose your pizza....now, I know they have other things on their menu, I know that because I looked....they have salads, burgers, appetizers, and sandwiches...I have never actually seen anyone eat anything else but pizza, but still they offer it....

now you decide which size you want...I saw many people get mini, but for the three of us we got the huge and with salads, well, we finished the huge pizza, so get the huge.... maybe you will have some to take home...

the house salad is the regular salad...no funny stuff...

Are you ready for the main attraction?????

Wow!!!!! We ordered the pepperoni with sausage on half and the other half mushrooms...

The Pizza earns its fame from the unique thin crust....The pies are hand squashed daily and dressed with a flavorful red sauce...Pizza are topped with an array of meats and vegetables, you choose what you like and they make it...The actual cooking time is between 25-45 minutes....

Oh, Go Get it!!!!

Cheers to Happy  !!
